The Boring But Unfortunately Necessary Part!

Quotes

  • All prices quoted are in GBP
  •  Quotes are valid for 14 days

Proofs

  •  Proofs will be provided to the client, these must be checked and approved by the client before printing commences.
  • Once content has been approved, Little Tiger Creations cannot be held responsible for any errors.  Little Tiger Creations reserve the right to ask for additional payments to cover any such errors.

Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your stationery order.  Full payment is required for all orders below £100.  Goods will only be despatched when the final balance has been paid.
  • Personalised favours and gifts must be paid for upon confirmation of proof and order.
  • Invoice balance must be paid 21 days prior to agreed delivery date.
  • Late payments will incur a surcharge of 10% (late payment constitutes any payment received after the 'pay by date' on your invoice.)
  • Payment can be made by cheque or Paypal.
  • In the case of any cancellation Little Tiger Creations have the right to retain the initial deposit, if however the order has been completed the remaining 50% will also be payable.

Delivery

  • All UK Deliveries will be by Royal Mail at the current Royal Mail prices.
  • Collection in person or by courier may be agreed.  Collection by courier will incur additional costs which must be met by the client.
  • Little Tiger Creations will always obtain proof of postage
  • Goods of upto £40.00 are insured, additional insurance is optional.  Please request this at the time of ordering so the cost can be included on your invoice.
  • Little Tiger Creations accept no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transmit.  We will assist the client in claiming on insurance policies as necessary.
  • Clients will be notified by email when the order is dispatched.

Term & Conditions

  •  Little Tiger Creations cannot be held responsible for gaining copyright permission for the use of hymns in the Order of Service or photographs that may have been taken by a professional photographer, this is the responsibility of you the client.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.  A deposit secures the price as at the time of ordering.
  • Although every effort is taken to ensure that our photographs offer a fair colour description, the colours are indicative only.  This is particularly the case with handcrafted items as slight variations are likely to occur.
  • Printed and handcrafted stationery will have the Little Tiger Creations logo and web site address printed on the reverse.
  • All Little Tiger Designs are covered by copyright and may not be reproduced or copied.
  • All good remain the property of Little Tiger Creations until payment is made in full.
  • Little Tiger Creations request your name and address to provide you with an efficient service but we will not pass any of your details to third parties.
  • Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
  • Little Tiger Creations reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • These Terms & Conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
